Outdoor sink and countertop - Where the bayou meets your backyard

This project was 7' long x2'deep x 34" tall ($2000).     Sink and faucet are not included.

Built from solid, locally sourced cypress, this outdoor sink and countertop is more than a work surface—it’s a statement piece. From crawfish boils to cocktail hour, it’s the kind of outdoor upgrade that turns chores into rituals and gatherings into memories.

  • Generous workspace – Perfect for prepping a catch from the grill or arranging a spread for friends.

  • Built to your vision – Choose your dimensions, stain tone, sink and hardware.

  • Heritage you can feel – Each board tells the story of Louisiana’s waterways in its swirls and grain.

Built to your specs. Built to last. Built for moments you’ll remember long after the dishes are done.

Louisiana Cypress

Cypress has deep roots in Louisiana craftsmanship, adding a local and cultural tie-in. While pecky cypress gets its signature look from rare organic voids formed over decades, all cypress lumber has its own unique color and grain.

What Does Live Edge Mean?

The primary distinction between live edge and non-live edge is that live edge wood retains its natural edges, whereas non-live edge wood has been trimmed or modified. The choice between live edge and non-live edge ultimately depends on individual taste.

Our Process

We use locally sourced cypress. The hurricane damaged logs are salvaged then milled by us on our personal mill.  This allows us to produce the exact lumber needed  for each project.  Each piece then goes onto the solar kiln until it has reached 130℉ for 5 days and has 10% to 14% moisture content.  This process rids the lumber of bacteria and bugs.

Once an order is placed, we thoughtfully select each material with the customer in mind. Every piece is expertly planed, sanded, and crafted with precision to create a truly exceptional final product.

Please keep in mind that because we are working with a natural product so the grain, texture and color will vary from what you see on our other pieces. No item has the same grain color, finish, or wood knots. The price of your piece may vary from this project due to size, lumber and epoxy requirements.
